We offer sheet rolling services using either an A3 FAMAR for material upto 1030mm wide or on the brake press for widths upto 2.5m.
Our main work horse is the A35-10/1.2 FAMAR which allows for pre-bend thicknesses of upto 1.2mm to be rolled with a minimum diameter of Ø80mm. The A3 FAMAR offers the facility of “double pinching” with 3 asymmetric rolls powered by a 0.55Kw motor.
Using roll radius tooling on the press brake we can produce a variety of large accurate radii with an excellent surface finish on surface sensitive
materials.
The process is ideal for architectural metalwork such as signage and building facades.
