Project: Specialist Processing Filter Material: Stainless Steel Volume: 100+ (continuing production)

Notes: These filters are made in a range of stainless steel materials including 316 for regular applications, Hastaloy for nitric and hydrcloric filtrates and Inconel for molten caustics. The whole design was managed inhouse by MT Perry. The 316 stainless steel filters used standard perf, but for the Hastoloy and Iconel items MT Perry were required to source specialist sheet from the USA where it was then shipped to Denmark for perforating.

This was an item that was originally brought to MT Perry as a quote. After some initial discussion the item was manufactured by the client in PTFE, however, this did not work as the fluid globulated on the PTFE surface and so the filters did not work. After this the client returned to MT Perry who recommended stainless steel.
