Notes: This machined was fully designed by MT Perry, manufactured and commissioned. The machine was designed to cut pleated filter paper for use in industrial filtration units used for filtering paint & oil, and. An initial proof of concept was successfully fabricated to demonstrate the effectiveness of the process. The main body is mild steel with internal stainless steel components in order to ensure a contaminant free cutting area. The machine was fully automated to cut the filter material once placed in the machine and the door being shut. The machine is pneumatically driven with an electric knife.

The machine was fully commissioned by MT Perry and supplied with an operating manual, spare parts manual and was fully CE approved.
